Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Perform bank and mobile money reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory filings
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

Must Have

  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Understanding of VAT and Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum professional level ICAG
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance

Nice to have

  • Part qualification in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, or equivalent is an advantage
  • Experience in a trading, distribution, or import business is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo (especially Accounting module) is highly preferred
